REVIEW OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Each year the Policy and Procedure Sub-Committee of Sunshine Coast Citizen Advocacy will meet and review all policy and procedure documents.All protégés and advocates in the program are invited to come and have a say in the review. The review is held each year in July prior to the Annual General Meeting of the Program.
Also once a year, all protégés and advocates are invited to be part of our Service Standards assessment. The program will contact all involved in the program to let you know when the Service Standards will be held.
